The Nebraska Windmill Quilt Block was recently in the news! In 1977, LQG sponsored a contest to design a block to represent Nebraska. The winning block was designed by Bud Dunklau of Lincoln. The block is now in the possession of History Nebraska, formerly the Nebraska History Museum and is part of the museum's latest exhibition.
A member of the museum's staff visited the KLKN studio to talk about the block and the exhibition.
