More June Announcements

We have a few more items to add to the June announcements we sent out a couple of weeks ago.

First, I want to thank everyone who participated in all aspects of the 45th Anniversary celebration!!!  We are part of a wonderful organization and the evening was very special.  Congratulations to the Distinguished Members, who are featured in the Plain Print.  Thank you to Millie Fauquet for sharing her beautiful quilts – they were awesome.  I received many thank you notes and positive comments about the celebration!  They are much appreciated.

Looking forward to seeing you at the June meeting!

Days for Girls
Vicky  Skuodas will lead a “sew day”  on Wednesday, June 20 from 9am – 3 pm in the Resource Room at the College View Seventh Day Adventist Church to create “once a month”  kits for women in Third World Countries.  Anyone is welcome.  There will be sewing and non-sewing jobs.  Vicky indicates they could use another serger sewing machine.  You do not need to bring a straight stitch machine or fabric.   If you have questions, contact Vicky Skuodas at 402-580-5765 or
