Congratulations to Sara Kenny, recipient of LQG Bright Star Award at the October guild meeting.  Sara is the Nebraska State Coordinator for the Quilt of Valor Foundation and Chair of the guild’s QOV Committee.  Her nomination cited her as inspiring to many.  An example of her leadership is illustrated by the success statewide and with LQG for providing Quilts of Valor to each veteran involved with the Female Veteran Honor Flight in September 2018.  Great job Sarah!
