2021 LQG Silent Auction FUNdraiser

Make plans now to attend the LQG FUNdraiser on Saturday afternoon, October 23, 2021, at the International Quilt Museum (33rd & Holdrege Streets) and invite a quilting or non-quilting friend or friends to attend with you! Tickets are $5.

Registration will begin at 1:00. Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on and win a variety of donated items and themed baskets for the Silent and Super Silent Auctions. Auction tables will close at intervals beginning at 2:00 PM. In between viewing and bidding on auction items, attendees can tour the museum’s galleries, enjoy a dessert, and vote on their favorite set of potholders! Did we mention there will be lots of door prizes?

The mask mandate will still be in effect in Lincoln and the museum asks that everyone wears masks.

  • SS1 – bernette b33 Sewing Machine

    The affordable sewing machine for beginners – compact and easy to use. The bernette 33 mechanical sewing machine in stylish Swiss design is the perfect model for beginners.   • SS 4 – Vintage Quilt – Circa 1960

    This wonderful 83” X 95” vintage quilt was hand pieced and hand quilted by Louise Howey. Louise was a charter member of the Lincoln Quilters Guild and served as the guild’s very first President. Features 42 eight pointed star quilt blocks. There is one small area that shows some wear.
  • SS 5 – Monterrey Medallions Quilt

    This beautiful 73” X 92” Monterrey Medallions quilt design by Atkinson Designs, was machine pieced and quilted by LQG member, Vicky Skuodas. Vicky is a prolific quilter and a past president of the guild.
